There is a 12 lesson program with a guided action document to help you create an emergency card, a family wealth inventory (a list of all your assets), and instructions on how to select your agents for powers of attorney, guardians for your minor children, executors for wills, and trustees for trusts. These are coaching resources designed to work alongside your attorney and financial planner, not a replacement for legal drafting or beneficiary paperwork.
Legacy Vault Access
Your key assets and information can be added to your personal Legacy Vault, a digital vault (with SOC2 and HIPAA compliant security) of everything that is ready when your family needs it most.
You can create emergency contact cards for you (and your spouse) so that if there is an accident, emergency personnel can know who to contact, if you have any allergies, and it includes a QR code that provide them a link to your health care power of attorney, living will, and/or HIPAA releases.
The vault also can provide a successor key passwords or access codes upon your passing, so that access to key accounts or even crypto is not lost.
